Dawn is passionate about accessible and quality digital tools that can provide actionable data to decrease disparities in areas such as health. She has deep experience in the implementation of digital health solutions and change management strategies for data use. With more than 10 years of experience in global health, Dawn has spent a majority of her career living and working in African countries.
Prior to joining DIAL, Dawn worked at PATH where she served as a Deputy Director of Program for the BID Initiative. She also worked for the Regenstrief Institute Inc where she supported the deployment plans of the electronic health information exchange in the Rwamanga District, prioritized fixes based on transaction failure reports in the various registries (e.g. client registry) and harmonized data across various clinical care documents to ensure data elements were mapped to medical terminology standards, codings and calculations.
Dawn holds a B.S in kinesiology and exercise sciences and a M.P.H in social and behavioral sciences from Indiana University, Bloomington
